Terms of service.

 

The Figure Movement offers both online coaching and personal training services.

  1. Services offered include: Nutrition only coaching, online coaching, hybrid coaching, one-off training plans and personal training sessions.

  2. Together we will decide on the service that is best suited to you, your goals and your needs.

  3. Your activity targets, training or nutritional protocols will be amended as and when required. If you are making progress or have not been hitting your targets, your plan will not be changed.

  4. Personal training sessions are booked online via Calendly, bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.

  5. Personal training bookings are not confirmed until payment has been made for the session. Hybrid clients must book their sessions within the month that they have paid for the service.

  6. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend your pre-booked session, please give 24 hours notice to amend the booking/s.

  7. Sessions amended/cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be lost.

  8. Personal training sessions are held at Pure Gym, Burgess Hill, RH15 9RD. A valid membership or day pass must be obtained prior to the session start time.

  9. We will check in with each other a minimum of once per week, this is to help keep you accountable and on track.

  10. Check in days are either Monday or Saturday, check in days are chosen by the client upon sign up.

  11. Check in forms must be submitted before 12pm on the chosen check in day. Guidelines on how to check in will be highlighted within your welcome pack.

  12. If a check in cannot be completed on the agreed check in day, another day must be arranged prior to the agreed day.

  13. Check in form and physical measurement updates are completed online within in the client area on the website, progress photos sent via WhatsApp.

  14. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your check in. Please note that late check ins may result in a longer response time.

  15. Late/missing check ins will not be chased. If you miss three check ins within a four week period, you will be removed as a client.

  16. I appreciate there may be times between check ins that you have questions or may need to contact me. Please feel free to contact me via WhatsApp for this and allow 24 hours for me to respond.

  17. Any photos submitted for check ins will be confidential.

  18. Permission to use of the images submitted will be obtained from you beforehand to be used on social media or for promotional purposes.

  19. I require an initial commitment of 3 months when we start working together.

  20. After the initial 3 month commitment, please give me one month's notice to terminate this agreement.

  21. Payments are taken via Stripe.

  22. Monthly payments are on a subscription basis and a direct debit will be set up for these.

  23. If paying for goods, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
